Saturday, July 16th, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Teach-in: Zahi Dumani of Al-Awada to talk about Palestine and the Right of Return at 3785 E. Sunset Rd, Ste #1, Las Vegas.
The teach-in will focus on the critical role US policy and funding play in supporting the racist colonial state of Israel, and the denial of Palestinian human rights in particular the rights of Palestinian refugees, the largest and longest suffering refugee population in the world today, to return to their homes and lands. We will discuss and argue for a vision of liberation and peace based on the application of fundamental inalienable human rights.
