Enclosed are five pics from to-night's MoveOn.org anti-troop level escalation at the Lloyd D. George Courthouse in down-town Vegas.

Late this afternoon, found out about a demo, organised by MoveOn.org as part of a nationwide campaign of similar demonstrations against the increase in US troop levels in Iraq announced by President Bush last night, by MoveOn's Las Vegas branch, via e-mail.
So, threw out some clothes, got myself outta the house, and on the way to the demo, at which I arrived at around 6:10 PM.
Brought my digital camera with me, and took the following quintet of pics, which, with a bit of editing for brightness and contrast levels, are the results of the effort that you see here.
There were around, by my guesstimation, some two dozen or so folks present at the demo.
While there was some razzing of the demonstrators by passers-by on the sidewalk, and some people in passing vehicles, there was also a fair amount of support shown by a number of people driving by, mainly via horn-honking and such-like.
Left with some friends about roughly a half hour or so after reaching the demo, as the wind was blowing quite hard, and the temperature was getting a bit on the frigid side for Vegas, so didn't see how the demo ended.
One last word about the pics;they are rather blurry.
That's due to two factors, the first being my moving around a bit while aiming and shooting them, and the second being the picture quality setting on which I had my camera.
Will aim(no pun intended)to do far better on both in my next demo pics.
